Educators and students using Microsoft Education Teams platforms can now use and share quality curriculum education content from Britannica Digital Learning products (Britannica School, Britannica Academic, Britannica Library and the Spanish-language resource Britannica Moderna) as part of Microsoft’s Share to Teams initiative.
Created to make it simple for teachers to create assignments, share with students and parents, address questions and assignments, the Share to Team initiative within the Microsoft Education Team enhances collaboration in and out of the classroom. Students and educators can access different channels for different subjects, communicate and collaborate on assignments, questions, file and link sharing, and more.
“Britannica’s mission is to inspire curiosity and the joy of learning and to help transform education by using technology in the right ways, in ways that truly enable teaching and learning,” says Karthik Krishnan, CEO of the Britannica Group.
“That mission aligns splendidly with Microsoft’s Share to Teams, where teachers and students can share both resources and ideas seamlessly, chat, collaborate, and really work together and learn together.”
Content from Britannica Digital Learning education platforms can be shared so that students, teachers, and parents can conveniently access articles, primary sources, images, and videos from Britannica’s trusted products. Microsoft Education customization of Teams for classroom use and Britannica’s premier partnership represent participation that will enhance the student experience.
