Expedition: Learn! is a custom-built, award-winning platform that empowers educators through ready-to-implement, standards-aligned, interdisciplinary lessons that meet the diverse needs of every learner and build the knowledge and skills students need to be successful in their future careers.
Grounded in decades of research and evidence-based practices in teaching literacy in the content areas, Expedition: Learn! lessons can be used for whole-class instruction or small-group reteaching as well as independently by students. Each lesson is designed to build students’ knowledge around science and social studies topics while developing their reading comprehension, vocabulary knowledge, and critical-thinking skills.
All lessons within Expedition: Learn! use the same instructional framework. This provides a cohesive structure of proven components, yet it remains adaptable to work with varying teaching styles, content areas, and student needs. It also provides consistency, organization, and cohesion so that instruction and content are delivered in an engaging and effective manner.
